PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of BARRY RUN products made through barryrun.com.

BARRY RUN primarily operates under a pre-order model: products are offered for purchase before they are manufactured or shipped.


2. How Pre-Orders Work

When a product is identified as a pre-order, the customer places the order and pays
the price indicated at the time of purchase.

Manufacturing and/or shipping will then take place according to the schedule announced on the product page or at the time of ordering.The estimated date or period provided must be reviewed before completing the order.


3. Chapter I — Limited Edition

For Chapter I, BARRY RUN may offer a limited number of pieces, including 120 sets. When the statement “No Restock” is displayed, it means that no restocking is planned for that edition, unless otherwise announced by BARRY RUN. Actual availability is the availability displayed on the website at the time of purchase.


4. Prices et TVA

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency indicated.
Any applicable shipping fees are displayed before the order is confirmed.
The applicable VAT regime must be displayed in accordance with BARRY RUN’s actual tax status.


5. Orders

The customer selects their product, checks the order information and confirms payment through the process provided on the website. An order confirmation is sent by email. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their contact details, particularly their delivery address.


6. Payment

Pre-orders are paid using the payment methods offered by the online store.

Banking information is processed by the relevant payment service providers.


7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided when placing the order.

Estimated shipping costs and delivery times are displayed on the website or during the ordering process.

In the event of a significant delay or any difficulty affecting the fulfillment of a pre-order, BARRY RUN will provide the necessary information and apply the rights provided by applicable regulations.


8. Right of Withdrawal

For distance sales to consumers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies under the conditions and exceptions provided by law.
